Bruce Bugg, Jr. was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott and confirmed by the Texas Senate to serve as one of five commissioners on the Texas Transportation Commission. San Antonio is fortunate to have such a highly-regarded local leader representing our city’s transportation needs in this influential position.
