PACfest 2012 will be a day filled with fun, food and a big musical line-up on two stages on April 26 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m at Palo Alto College. Admission to the PACfest is free. Parking is free until 4 p.m.; after 4 p.m., there will be a $5 parking fee.

Activities include approximately 50 food and novelty vendors (no alcohol), car show, military displays, children’s area, dog walk, and roller derby exhibition by Charmed Forces. Fiesta royalty will visit throughout the day to hand out medals.

Nashville newcomer Frankie Ballard (winner of Kenny Chesney’s “Next Big Star”) and 1980s cover band The Spazmatics are just two of the many bands performing on two stages 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Additional bands include Mariachi Palomino, Groove Doctors, River City Kings, Mario Flores & the Soda Creek Band, MyTi & Gabriela Soul, The Chemist, Radio Revolver, Reecluse, Elora Valdez & the Gasoline Alley Band, and Conjunto Palo Alto.
