The San Antonio Business Journal presents:
Life at $50 a Barrel: Oil & Gas Expert Breakfast Panel Discussion
The price of crude oil has fallen below $50 a barrel for the first time in years. Will the dip in oil prices put the Eagle Ford Shale out of business? What is the silver lining? What ingenuity and innovation can we expect from this? What business opportunities are there with this price point?
Join energy leaders and experts from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Thursday, April 2, for a buffet breakfast and discussion regarding how the dip in prices is affecting the region. This will be hosted at the San Antonio Petroleum Club, located in Energy Plaza, 8620 N New Braunfels Ave, San Antonio, TX 78217.
Keynote Address:
Texas Railroad Commissioner Ryan Sitton was elected to office in November. He is an experienced businessman as well as an oil & gas engineer. He will be speaking about the type of activity and trends that the agency is seeing amid $50 per barrel oil prices.
