Executive Director - John Velasquez - The Y Living Center will provide an update on the new and innovative approach to meeting the wellness needs of our community through programs that focus on the premise of holistic balance; spirit, mind and body. The programs offered at the YLC provide wellness education, promote physical activity, encourage implementation skills, and create a culture for support and success.
