Want to get found on Google Search and Maps? Bring your laptop and reach new customers by ensuring that your business has a presence on Google! Join Southside First EDC, S.C.O.R.E., and Veronica Morales of The Social Being, for a workshop on Google My Business, a free tool to manage your business information across Google. It's the easiest way to help your business be found online. 4 out of 5 consumers use search engines to find local information nearby, yet only 37% of businesses have claimed their listing on a search engine.

- Get your Google Business Profile established
- Work directly with S.C.O.R.E. business mentors to create your listing, analyze your results, update or improve your Google Presence.
- Learn how to increase your Google ratings and walk away with 5-star ratings for your business from workshop participants.
- Learn how to improve your online customer service.
