Description
The Avenida Guadalupe Association 32nd Annual 16 de Septiembre Festival and Parade, is one of the most sought after multicultural fiestas in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. This all day celebration commemorates the Mexican Independence Day. This annual parade and festival is a tradition rich in culture and family fun. The parade begins at the intersection of Zarzamora and Guadalupe and continues until it reaches the Plaza Guadalupe. This fiesta is packed with activities for all ages: Annual grito, charros, marching bands, drill team competitions, live music, food and folklore.
Please join us in the Drill Team Competition, Parade, Festival and the Boxing Extravaganza featuring Floyd Mayweather vs Saul “Canelo” Alvarez.
