349-Unit Artana at Brooks will Feature Luxury Amenities

SAN ANTONIO–(October 20, 2026)–The NRP Group and Brooks celebrated the grand opening of Artana at Brooks, a new $78 million, 349-unit apartment community coming to San Antonio’s Southside.

Located at 3838 Goliad Road in the Brooks region, Artana at Brooks offers one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans with luxury in-unit features including quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, flat panel cabinets, private yards, and garages features including private yards and garages. Community amenities will include a dog park, green trail, outdoor gathering space, along with 10 acres worth of retail space soon to be developed by Brooks.
