Papa's Burgers located in San Antonio, Texas was started in 2013 ''... upon losing my mom to cancer, I was faced with my dad (Papa) being alone after 35 years of marriage. I created Papa's Burgers as a way to not only help my father deal with the loss of my mom but to also honor him in creating a place that felt like home to both him and myself.''
