LOCATION:Embassy Suites Brooks Enhance Safety Measures: Tables spaced apart for 4 individuals. Every attendee will be screened by DOCUmation's Thermal Scanners. Masks required. Prior to event\, the hotel ballroom will be sanitized by the Xenex Light Force. The LightStrike robots use pulsating xenon lamps to generate bursts of high-intensity germicidal light\, which kills viruses\, bacteria\, and fungal spores in the immediate area\, such as a hospital room. In two- to five-minute increments\, the robots can effectively disinfect a room.
